We are very proud to announce we recently hired our 300th Snappy employee! To celebrate this milestone, we’d like to take a moment to thank all Snappers and Snappy alumni who helped us get to where we are today.
Snappy has been growing fast, winning the #1 fastest-growing company in the Northeast on the Inc. 5000 list for the second year in a row based on revenue numbers.
With all this hyper-growth, it’s no secret that we also needed to expand our Snappy team! We are amazed to say we achieved a 3-year employee growth rate of 900% while staying as committed as ever to fostering a people-centered culture where all Snappers feel empowered to flourish.
To ring in this great accomplishment, we spoke to our 3rd Snapper, 30th Snapper, and our 300th Snapper to hear their favorite part about working for us! Keep reading to hear what they had to say.

What’s your role? Data Scientist.
How long have you worked at Snappy? I’ve been working at Snappy for over 6 years already! The photo above shows me with the very first laptop ever bought for Snappy!
What is your favorite part about working at Snappy? My favorite part is definitely the people. The Snappy team truly embodies a culture around kindness, giving, and having fun. It was so exciting to watch Snappy grow from just a small team to recently opening our brand new office in Tel Aviv with so many people!
30th Employee — Ciara — Marketing
What’s your role? Marketing Manager.
How long have you worked at Snappy? I joined Snappy in August 2019, so I just recently celebrated my 3 year anniversary!
What is your favorite part about working at Snappy? My favorite part about working at Snappy is making a difference in the world. Not only do I get to be part of helping millions of people feel more appreciated, but Snappy also partners with incredible organizations to make a huge societal and environmental impact. For example, Snappy has granted hundreds of children wishes through our partnership with Make-A-Wish and even has a forest with over 65k trees!

What’s your role? VP of Data & Analytics.
Why are you excited to work at Snappy? I joined Snappy because I loved the highly contagious positive energy from the leadership team during the interview process. I’m already two months into my role, and I still find this positive spirit everywhere within Snappy.
