How does pricing work?

With On Demand, we offer $25 and $50 collections so that you choose the items that match your budget. You are only charged for the branded gifts that are claimed.

If you are placing a Kits or Bulk order, our salespeople will help you through the process to make sure your branded gifts match your budget and your needs. Set up a meeting to learn more.

Does Snappy store my swag?

When using Snappy On Demand for gifting branded swag, there is no storage necessary! We only print and ship branded gifts once they’re claimed by your recipients. 

For our Bulk and Kits customers, Snappy manages all of your inventory, from storage and inventory, to shipping and delivery.

What is the turnaround time on a Bulk or Kits order? 

Due to the manufacturing and design process, these orders can take approximately 4-8 weeks from the time of first contact to delivery. 

Can Snappy guarantee Bulk or Kits shipment by a specific date? 

While we cannot guarantee any shipping dates due to supply chain delays as well as other external factors, we will do our best to meet your deadlines. Please let your Sales representative know if you have a specific in-hand date. 

Can Bulk and Kits orders include a custom note? 

Most items and kits can include a custom note. During the design process, we will clearly denote which items can include a note, and collect the copy that you would like to include. Personalized notes for recipients (i.e. including specific recipient names), cannot be included in any bulk orders or kits. However, you can use the Snappy gift-sending platform to customize messaging and emails with recipient names!

Do you offer swag samples?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not offering pre-production samples for Bulk and Kits projects. We will always send digital mockups and proofs of the products prior to production.

For On Demand projects, you can send yourself items from any of your collections directly through your dashboard, and you will be billed on your monthly invoice.  

Is there an order minimum?

When you use Snappy On Demand to share branded gifts there is no order minimum. You are only charged for branded gifts claimed, be it one or one million.

If you want to place an order for bulk swag, or create kits featuring branded gifts, you will need to be a part of Snappy’s Enterprise level customer community. There is a $15k minimum spend for the initial order, and subsequent orders can be less. 

What is the turnaround time for On Demand orders?

When you gift branded swag using Snappy’s On Demand gifting platform, the swag is printed as soon as your recipient claims which item from their collection they want. Shipping can vary based on delivery location, but typically takes two weeks, maximum. 

Can I approve a proof before my order goes into production?

For On Demand orders, customers create and control all designs via our platform so no proofs are necessary. 

With Bulk and Kitting orders, clients can review and approve proofs prior to production.

What type of logo file formats are best for uploading?

For On Demand, you will need your logo in a high resolution PNG or JPEG with at least 300 DPI. You’ll want to make sure that the image has a transparent background. 

For Bulk and Kitting, we will need your logo/design in vector format (.ai, .eps), as well as the Pantone (PMS) colors of your logo. 

If you have your brand guidelines, please share them! This will help our design team with logo placement, colors and any restrictions.

Do you ship worldwide?

On Demand swag is available for shipping to Canada, the UK, the EU, Japan, and Australia. 

On Demand Plus is only available in the United States. 

Bulk and Kits can only be shipped within the United States. Shipping to additional geographic regions will be rolled out in the near future. 

Can I let people choose between Swag and other types of gifts?

Yes! When you create an on-demand swag collection on Snappy, we also create a mixed collection for you to use which includes top non-branded gifts intermixed with your branded swag. This is a great way to cover your bases and let everyone pick their favorite gift from a variety of branded and non-branded options.
