Snappy only charges an account when a recipient claims a gift. Unclaimed gifts cost nothing, and companies are billed based on the gift selected.
Snappy accepts all major credit cards and ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments. You can securely manage your payment methods in your Account Settings.
Yes. Snappy provides invoices for all transactions. Qualified accounts can opt for invoice-based billing, and all invoices are available in your Snappy dashboard.
To update your billing or payment information, go to Account settings in your Snappy dashboard. From there, it’s possible to update new payment methods or change billing preferences.
No. Snappy only charges you when a gift is claimed. If a recipient doesn’t choose a gift, your account is not billed.
Companies can download all past invoices and billing activity directly from the Billing tab in the Snappy dashboard.
