Our team is excited to be named one of this year’s Best Medium Workplaces™, by Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine, coming in at the 94 spot!

To determine the Best Medium Workplaces list, Great Place to Work analyzed the survey responses of over 200,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies with 100 to 999 U.S. employees. In that survey, 99% of Snappy’s employees said Snappy is a great place to work. This number is 74% higher than the average U.S. company.

“We are honored to be recognized as one of the Best Medium Workplaces in the US,” says Amy Stoldy, Snappy’s VP of People and Culture. “We are as committed as ever to fostering a people-centered culture where all Snappers feel empowered to thrive, develop, and grow, and this award is a true testament to that.”

“It’s not the size of an organization that makes it great, but how the organization treats its people,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. “And these medium workplaces have proven that the inspiring cultures they’ve created go head-to-head with those of any large corporation. Leaders at these companies put their people first, and in return, achieve stronger business results than the average workplace.”

Snappy was also recently named the #11 Best Workplace in New York by GPTW and Fortune Magazine, the #83 Best Workplace for Millennials, and named to Inc.’s 2020 and 2021 Best Workplaces list.

‍Cheers to our amazing team!
