Snappy List of Sub-Processors

This List of Sub-Processors shall refer to and incorporate the Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) between Snappy App, Inc. (“Snappy”) and the Customer who has entered into such DPA.  All capitalized terms not defined in this List of Sub-Processors shall have the meaning set forth in the DPA.‍

As set forth in the applicable section of the DPA referencing this List of Sub-Processors), this List of Sub-Processors contains further information on Sub-Processors engaged by Snappy to process Personal Data pursuant to the DPA.  Prior to engaging any Sub-Processors, Snappy performs due diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices.  In addition, Snappy requires all non-affiliate Sub-Processors to enter into data protection agreements that restrict their processing of Personal Data, as applicable.  Please note that when Snappy shares your Personal Data with a Sub-Processor, Snappy remains ultimately responsible for ensuring that appropriate security measures are implemented to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of such Personal Data.

Further, depending on the geographic location of Customer, and the nature of the Services provided, Snappy may also engage one or more of its affiliates to delivery some or all of the Services to Customer.  Such affiliates shall include without limitation Snappy Gifts Ltd., based in Israel.
