Snappy Sweepstakes Rules - Employee Appreciation Day

  1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A SNAPPY APP, INC (“SNAPPY”) SWEEPSTAKE PROMOTION. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
  2. Eligibility: Participation in this sweepstakes promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry (“Participant” or “you”). Participants are submitting an entry on behalf of the corporate entity employing the Participant at the time of the Sweepstakes submission (“Employer”). Each individual may enter only once, however, multiple employees from the same Employer may submit separate entries, provided each entry is submitted by a different individual. Duplicate entries by the same person will be disqualified. Employees of Snappy App, Inc., its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
  3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Snappy, as final and binding as it relates to the content.
  4. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted starting on February 3, 2025. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on March 7, 2025. All times are (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada). 
  5. To Enter: Submit an entry at https://www.snappy.com/landing/employee-appreciation.  All entries will have equal opportunity to be selected as a winner.  To submit an entry without completing the survey, please email your name, company name and company email address to hi@snappy.com.
  6. Prize: The Winner will receive $5,000 of credits (the “Prize”) which must be used to send gifts on www.snappy.com no later than July 31, 2025. In order to claim and use the Prize, the Winner must create a free account on www.snappy.com on behalf of their Employer. The Prize may only be used for professional gifting purposes to send gifts on behalf of the Employer to the Employer’s employees, clients, or business partners. Under no circumstances may the Prize be used to send personal gifts to the Winner or any individual without a legitimate business nexus to the Employer. Snappy reserves the right to verify the intended use of the prize and may disqualify the Winner if they do not comply with this requirement. The Prize has no currency or exchange value outside www.snappy.com. No cash or other Prize substitution permitted except at Snappy’s discretion. The Prize is non-transferable and the claim and use of the Prize is subject to the terms set forth at https://www.snappy.com/terms/enterprise-terms. All Prize related expenses, including without limitation, any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner and/or the Employer, as provided by applicable law.
  7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries

Winner Selection and Notification: All eligible Participants will be assigned a number and one winner will be selected from the eligible Participants by way of a random number generator (the “Winner”). The Winner will be notified via email within five (5) days following the winner selection and Snappy will announce the Winner in a post on LinkedIn and other media. Snappy shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to corporate security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact or shipping information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize by July 31, 2025, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release if so required, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. The receipt by the Winner of the Prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state laws and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SNAPPY’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
  9. Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest, you understand that Snappy and anyone acting on behalf of Snappy, will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, the Winner’s name, Employer’s name/logo, and any statements about the Sweepstakes, for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, without any further compensation.  By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to receive email messages periodically from Snappy. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.
  10. Modification, Disqualification: Snappy reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Snappy may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Snappy. Snappy reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Rules.

    Snappy has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same individual from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same individual in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; Snappy reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    Snappy has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same individual from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same individual in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.   11. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Snappy App, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) Participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or its acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
  12. Disputes, No Jury Trial, No Class Action: This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of New York, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York, New York, having jurisdiction. The parties waive their right to a trial by jury. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
