How does pricing work?

With On Demand Plus, we offer $25, $50, $100 and $150 collections so that you choose the items that match your budget. You are only charged for the branded gifts that are claimed.

Can I put a swag item in a box with other gifts?

With On Demand Plus, you are only able to send one gift at a time (no kitting). 

If you are interested in sending a swag box with multiple gifts, you’ll need to place an order for Bulk or Kits. Please reach out to your sales representative for more information. 

Does Snappy store my swag?

When using Snappy On Demand for gifting branded swag, there is no storage necessary! We only print and ship branded gifts once they’re claimed by your recipients. 

Do you offer swag samples?

For On Demand projects, you can send yourself items from any of your collections directly through your dashboard, and you will be billed on your monthly invoice.

What is the turnaround time for On Demand orders? 

When you gift branded swag using Snappy’s On Demand gifting platform, the swag is printed as soon as your recipient claims which item from their collection they want. Shipping can vary based on delivery location, but typically takes two weeks, maximum. 

Is there an order minimum?

When you use Snappy On Demand to share branded gifts there is no order minimum. You are only charged for branded gifts claimed, be it one or one million.

Can I approve a proof before my order goes into production?

For On Demand Plus, the Snappy team will share a link with a preview of your items so that you can approve or make changes before the collection is uploaded to the dashboard.

What type of logo file formats are best for uploading?

For On Demand, you will need your logo in a high-resolution PNG or JPEG with at least 300 DPI. You’ll want to make sure that the image has a transparent background. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, our On Demand Plus swag is only offered in the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, you can use our On Demand product to instantly create a collection.
