With Snappy Sweets, customers can celebrate the sweeter moments with Snappy’s expanded catalog of cakes, cookies, chocolates, and more!  Perfect for virtual team events, birthday treats or special occasions, ‘thinking of you’ moments, or client appreciation and employee appreciation, lucky recipients won’t be able to resist these delicious treats!

Snappy Care

Send a heartfelt gesture for the more tender moments, such as flowers, gift boxes, care packages, and wellness gifts with the new Snappy Care category.  This range of select items is ideal for ‘Get Well’, Sympathy, or ‘Thinking of you’ moments  where traditional gift types might be less appropriate.  You can also choose specific items from Snappy Care to be delivered as a surprise, with the recipient only needing to provide their delivery details.

International Gifting with our new Global Collections

The new global collections allow you to send a single campaign to employees or customers wherever they are, so there’s no longer a need to create separate campaigns for recipients in different countries!

We source quality gifts in 30 countries, working with multinational partners and local specialist retailers to make it simple to send gifts to employees & customers around the world.  That means you aren’t charged for expensive international shipping, and get to help support local businesses!!  If you have team members or clients in other countries - you can send digital gifts and/or gift baskets to a further 165+ countries too!  So you can sit back and relax with the confidence that you can meet all your gifting needs at the touch of a button. 

Plus, we’re adding shipping to Canada for all of our Experience Plans (including Snappy Lite - our free to-sign-up, no minimums service), making it easier than ever to show appreciation to your teams & clients.  

New & improved Gift Sending experience

We’ve also streamlined our gift-sending experience based on customer feedback.  We’ve added: 

  • The ability to send a single ‘surprise’ gift for special moments when you don’t want your recipient to know what’s coming
  • Simplified campaign setup for Holidays and more customization options to the gift reveal experience (including being able to add your brand colors and logo) 
  • Improved gift reporting - making it simpler to see the status of your previous gift sends by date range

And all in addition to the fun, personalized experience you know and love from Snappy - including personal notes or video greetings, and getting thank-you notes from your recipients as part of the experience.
