FAQ
Will you purchase my products in bulk and manage recipient fulfillment?
No, Snappy is a drop-ship only platform. This means we don’t buy products in bulk. Brand Partners are entrusted with fulfilling orders individually as they come in.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is handled by the brand partner (you!). While we recommend using major carriers like USPS, UPS and FedEx, you’re free to select your preferred carrier. You will need to provide the carrier’s name and a tracking number. Orders should be dispatched within our stipulated 1-3 business day SLA and must reach recipients within 14 calendar days.
How will I receive payment?
Your invoices will be auto-generated by our marketplace provider. Payments will be processed on the due date of the invoice and transferred to the bank account you’ve registered.
Where do you ship?
We have recipients in every country! Our preference is in-country fulfillment.
How are gifts chosen by recipients?
At Snappy, we are always thinking about our recipients. Our platform is designed so that recipients choose their own gift. This means that even if an item is a bestseller for your business, it might not necessarily be a top performer within our model.
