How does pricing work?
If you are placing a Kitting or Bulk order, our salespeople will help you through the process to make sure your branded gifts match your budget and your needs.
Can I put a Swag item in a box with other gifts?
If you are doing a Bulk or Kits order, you can combine the impact of Snappy’s gifting experience and swag expertise.
Does Snappy store my Swag?
For our Bulk and Kits customers, Snappy manages all of your inventory, from storage and inventory, to shipping and delivery.
Do you offer Swag samples?
For On Demand projects, you can send yourself items from any of your collections directly through your dashboard, and you will be billed on your monthly invoice.
What is the turnaround time on Bulk or Kits?
Due to the manufacturing and design process, these orders can take approximately 4-8 weeks from the time of first contact to delivery.
Is there a minimum?
When you use Snappy On Demand to share branded gifts there is no order minimum.
Can I approve a proof before my order goes into production?
For On Demand Plus, the Snappy team will share a link with a preview of your items so that you can approve or make changes before the collection is uploaded to the dashboard.
Can Snappy guarantee Bulk or Kits shipment by a specific date?
While we cannot guarantee any shipping dates due to supply chain delays as well as other external factors, we will do our best to meet your deadlines. Please let your Sales representative know if you have a specific in-hand date.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, our On Demand Plus swag is only offered in the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, you can use our On Demand product to instantly create a collection.
Can Bulk and Kits orders include a custom note?
Most items and kits can include a custom note. During the design process, we will clearly denote which items can include a note, and collect the copy that you would like to include. Personalized notes for recipients (i.e. including specific recipient names), cannot be included in any bulk orders or kits. However, you can use the Snappy gift-sending platform to customize messaging and emails with recipient names!
