Our mission to spread joy across the world is centered around three pillars of social responsibility to make the biggest impact possible – Charitable Giving, Sustainability, and Inclusion.
Here's an overview of all the give-back initiatives that Snappy, our employees, customers, and partners are doing!
Kindness and giving has always been at the heart of Snappy. This year, Snappy pledged $500,000 to philanthropy and volunteering led by employees. As part of that fund, Snappy has committed $250,000 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation to help grant more life-changing wishes for children fighting critical illnesses. Our team has also donated over $67,000 and over 300 hours of volunteer work to community hospitals and nurses, an AIDS walk, painting walls in a homeless shelter, tutoring for underprivileged kids, and over 300 more causes.
Not only does Snappy love to give, but so do our gift recipients! So far, over $200,000 has been donated to causes through the donation option on our platform.
When you choose Snappy, you're giving more than a gift. We actively partner with businesses that use and provide sustainable products. By choosing Snappy, you are also reducing wasted gifts and unnecessary return-shipping, so that your generosity can go even further. Our collections also offer over 1000 digital experiences, thus reducing our carbon footprint.
We are also proud to partner with ForestNation, whose mission is to reforest our Earth. So far, by choosing a gift from ForestNation, our gift recipients have donated over 14k trees, contributing to 49.75 tons of CO² absorbed and 999 tons of Oxygen created yearly!
Our team is committed to positive change and actively partners with over 270 businesses owned by PoC and LGBTQ+ communities. In addition, Snappy offers over 400 products in our collections sourced from under-represented communities and business owners. We also offer cultural gift campaigns including Women’s History Month, Asian Heritage Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, LGBTQ+ Pride, US Veterans, and Mental Health Awareness Month to allow companies to embrace key cultural themes and drive positive change for their employees and the broader community.

2021 marks a big year for Snappy – not just in our growth as a company, but in our efforts to make a positive impact on the world. As we’ve grown in size, so has the positive impact of our recipients, customers, team, and partners! Our community's commitment continues into the New Year with more donations, volunteer opportunities, and projects to spread joy across the world.
