About: The Role
Location: US, Remote
Hours: 9am-6pm EST. Due to Snappy employees being in Tel Aviv, London and across the US, we schedule all company-wide meetings and events in EST. Compensation: We feel passionately about transparency in compensation. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $120,000-$130,000 with a target bonus up to 10%.
Snappy is looking for an amazing addition to our rapidly growing team who can help shape the next stage of our inventory management. The Manager of Merchandise Planning will be essential in implementing and monitoring procedures that ensure proper inventory levels across our strategic partners and categories. The role requires strong partnership with both internal stakeholders and our diverse partner base.
At the heart of everything we do is the Snappy gift recipient experience. It is critical to Snappy’s long-term success that we source desirable products from partners that have strong operational processes in place and are willing to negotiate with us on financial terms. With our business growth, we are looking to protect and forecast strategic skus. Read this as: getting the right products into the hands of gift recipients at the right time, and at the right price.
