Executive Assistant to the CEO

Tel Aviv, Israel

We are currently looking for Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our Tel Aviv office.
The executive assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

In This Role You Will

  • Manage the CEO and C-levels' schedules including: meetings, events, and conferences
  • Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
  • Work closely with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Handle all the business-related issues for the CEO
  • Design and produce complex documents, reports, and presentations
  • Build working relationships with members of leadership and other key stakeholders
  • Oversee special projects as assigned by the CEO
  • Solve any problem or issues in real-time manner


  • 2-4 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Proven experience supporting executives, preferably in a hi-tech environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to details
  • Ability to think and multitask under pressure
  • Resourcefulness, adaptability, ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate strong working relationships with executive leaders and other key stakeholders
  • Full proficiency in English and Hebrew
  • Very pleasant personality, kind and easy to work with – need to interface with Customers / High executives / Investors, etc.
