Strategy & Growth Manager - SMB

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic growth manager to join our quickly expanding team to help launch and grow our newly developed offering for small businesses (SMBs). Working closely with the Head of SMB, you will lead the growth and engagement strategy for new small business customers. You’ll scale top-line growth and customer delight by combining customer empathy, strategic insight, and excellent execution. Now is an exciting time to join Snappy, as we are opening our platform to over 10 million businesses and launching a range of new features and partnerships.

You will:

Accelerate growth

  • Run experiments to improve customer acquisition, activation, and retention and scale successful new processes, materials, product features, and services
  • Increase annual revenue per SMB customer by launching additional gifting occasions, improving recipient gift claim rates, and crafting product and support requirements
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improving B2B growth across Snappy and apply lessons from SMB success to the core enterprise business

Lead with data

  • Drive SMB analytics to assess performance and prioritize opportunities
  • Manage the flow of SMB customer data to improve our insights and ability to automate personalized customer touchpoints
  • Quarterback weekly and monthly reporting with the head of SMB

Advocate for customers

  • Build a deep understanding of our customer base, their lifecycle state, and their needs
  • Proactively support initial customers: take calls, unblock issues, go the extra mile. Own responsibility for the success of this critical cohort
  • Leverage lessons learned interacting with customers to automate and productize 5-star service at scale while improving NPS and customer activation, retention, and referral rates
