Sr. Sales Manager- Enterprise


We're looking for a stellar Sr. Sales Manager- Enterprise here at Snappy. You will be instrumental in contributing to the fast-growth of our gifting platform and experience.

You will:

  • Hire, manage and coach a talented team of full cycle Sales Managers
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, generating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Motivate team members and make recommendations for improvement
  • Report on both team and individual performance
  • Develop and coach the team while contributing individually
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers
  • Crush your quota!

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience building and managing a high performing software sales team
  • 5-7 years of relevant sales / closing experience
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Consistent track record of quota obtainment both individually and as a manager
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
