Snappy is seeking experienced sales professionals to help grow the Snappy gifting experience among our key partners. You’ll contribute to the team that is leading the rapid and exciting growth here at Snappy and act as a consultant to our valued clients, guiding the gifting process and positioning us as the first stop for company-wide employee engagement. We’re looking for individuals with proven success in an environment of constant change and ambiguity. Our ideal candidate is experienced in building and maintaining sales relationships, fearless when it comes to going above and beyond for our clients, and a true team player.

You Will:

  • Take Snappy’s largest existing clients and facilitate growth within each division, broadly across the whole company, and to parent companies and subsidiaries - the sky is the limit!
  • Define and own strategic plans to unlock growth opportunities and drive client’s business KPIs
  • Own the full relationship with clients and act as a key stakeholder
  • Define and own the account playbook to unlock investments and understand any challenges that we can solve cross-functionally
  • Understand relevant trends for the client and opportunities that will empower new requests for the Snappy product roadmap
  • Collaborate with teammates and cross functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives based on the client needs and growth opportunities
  • Manage all client inbound and outbound prospecting efforts to ensure alignment across the client organization
  • Create persuasive presentations when Snappy launches new features and showcase them to the client
  • Exceed sales goals for you and your future team
  • Manage goal setting for account

You Have:

  • 7+ years experience in managing tier 1 client accounts (between 10,000+employees)
  • 5+ years of experience working with C-Level /VP clients
  • Relevant Sales/Closing Experience        
  • Proven track record of reaching or exceeding business quotas
  • Experience working with decision makers
