Snappy is an all-in-one gifting platform, using the power of experience and delight to connect people around the world. We help companies send out a digital gift experience that's both personal and scalable, delighting people at companies such as Uber, Microsoft, Zoom and Salesforce.

Snappy is looking for a seasoned design leader to support our growing product organization in building the future of gifting. You will help craft a clear vision, processes and design strategy for the entire suite of Snappy products, creating delightful and intuitive end-to-end experiences. You will lead and mentor our growing Product Design, User Research and Content Design teams, building a world-class design organization that puts the customer first.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, influential team leader who possesses a well-rounded design background as well as emotional intelligence and deep commitment to our culture and values. ‍

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee all facets of product design for your team (UX, UI, UXR) and maintain a consistently high bar of quality for their work
  • Guide, mentor, and cultivate a team culture where curious, growing designers can grow, take ownership of and do their best work
  • Lead your team and colleagues through all phases of the design process including: distilling data and research insights, leading group ideation sessions, conducting design reviews, and providing design support through final implementation
  • Help establish robust design systems and standards that ensure creative excellence across audiences, geographies and channels
  • Work closely with other functional leaders in product, engineering, and research to prioritize, plan, and track product initiatives and outcomes
  • Foster highly collaborative working relationships between the design team and members of product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless, unified experience to our customers
  • Always be a vocal advocate for our customers and possess a strong understanding of how data and qualitative research inform building outstanding products
  • Be hands-on and capable of rolling up your sleeves to work with product and engineering teams to build digital experiences that capture the essence of gifting
  • Operate at a rapid pace while never compromising the craft and ensure quality output in everything we build for customers


  • 7+ years of proven experience in designing and building user-facing digital products at scale
  • 4+ years of leading design teams
  • Demonstrated history of driving impact through UX solutions to meet key company OKRs and business metrics
  • Experience working with (or managing) remote or distributed teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate a design vision to any audience within the organization
